I ordered several tops and all were I stock and ready to ship. Only one ships and they charge me full shipping cost. I send an email, asking what about my other tops, which still show available in my size. They say sorry we don't know why those were cancelled from your order but you can go on our website and reorder them as they still show as being in stock. Why, so they can get another shipping charge from me. Or to tell me they really aren't in stock. Total bull$#*!.

Absaloutley disgusted at how the range has only sizes for small women and I was under the impression the person who created this label would have created a more diverse option of sizes for curvy ladies very disappointed

Can't speak for the quality of the item I ordered because I may never receive it. Ordered 1 item on April 16th and still haven't received word that it has shipped. Website says it's "in fulfillment". Have called twice and spent a total of 1.5hrs holding to speak to a customer service rep and each time was told that the item is in stock and will be shipping soon, yet it's almost been a month and it hasn't left the warehouse. Wanted the item for a vacation. Now I don't even care if it gets here, but not sure how I'll ever get my $$ back given the reviews from others who have tried. So disappointed...

One star is generous. I wish there was an option for no stars! This so-called company is disgusting. I started shopping at Avenue years ago and cannot believe how awful it's become. I recently ordered from them for the first time in years and had I known the experience would be so horrendous, I wouldn't have ever worked with them again. I ordered some dresses, didn't like how they looked and returned them. I NEVER got my refund. So I kept emailing and calling and couldn't get anyone to contact me back. So after Avenue had my return for a month at least, and I got sick of being jerked around, I had enough. I ended up filing a dispute with Paypal and getting my refund through them. I am appreciative of PP but wish that Avenue had returned my money like they were supposed to. Needless to say, I am NEVER ordering from them again and I suspect they will be out of business soon with the way they treat people. They jerk customers around and NEVER answer the phone or emails. You could find Big Foot before these people contact you back and I am convinced they don't answer on purpose.

Then, after ignoring me, I get an email telling me that my refund time has expired because they never got the package. Course I had the proof from USPS that they got the package but again, couldn't ever reach anyone at Avenue to find out where my money was. I am convinced this is a scam they pull on customers. They don't send you your refund, then when you try to contact them they leave you hanging on purpose so you will miss the timeframe and they can keep your money. This is disgusting. They are outright stealing from customers and I don't know why they are getting away with it.

Save yourself and stick with reputable places like Lane Bryant and Torrid who know how to treat their customers. Do not shop here!

I had ordered a dress to wear At the beach after my wedding. I paid expedited shipping. Did not receive the item even in time for my wedding which was weeks away. They finally refunded me my shipping and sent me a $10 coupon towards my next purchase. I then decided to buy a pyjama set for vacation. Bad idea as that item was cancelled with no email no notification I had to go in find out myself by going into the order.

My order from 3/22/2021 finally shipped on 4/4/2021. FedEx has come to my house 2 days in a row and there is NO package. Nothing!! I have no idea what the Avenue claimed they “shipped” but FedEx is telling me I have to start a claim b/c there’s NO package.

I first started shopping at Avenue about 20 years ago and for years it was my favorite clothing store. Once I switched to buying online I abandoned Avenue some years back but recently decided to order from them again. BIG MISTAKE! I cannot believe how far Avenue has fallen and I've had the worst customer service experience I've had with any company in a long time. I returned an order and Avenue apparently lost the package or whatever and I have to go through Paypal to get my refund because Avenue does NOT answer the phone nor do they answer emails. It's no wonder they are going out of business. This place is terrible now and it's sad to see how awful it's gotten. They don't give refunds back when they are supposed to and jerk the customers around. That's stealing! I will never do business with them again and will stick with Torrid and Lane Bryant, two stores that KNOW how to treat customers. Hence, why THEY aren't struggling and Avenue is!

I ordered a dress over a week ago and have received nothing. The customer service number is invalid. I sent an email and got a service ticket number which is no good. I had ordered three times before with problems only the third time, which they said was due to snow in Texas. I took them at their word and ordered again, but it's been very disappointing. I will probably never receive the merchandise nor my refund. I'm done with Avenue..I wish I could give zero stars

My last 2 orders have taken weeks to arrive..I called and told them on each order they shipped to the wrong address. After being put on hold for an hour each time I was told they can't call FedEx because they have a separate company handling that. Ridiculous!!!

I would give no stars I should have looked up reviews like I usually do I don't know why I didn't this site is horrible and don't call the numbers left and some of these reviews I tried it was scam people

I ordered 3 items from Avenue over a week ago, and the delivery status still say “in Fulfillment.” I will never order anything online from them again. Customer service can’t even tell you when your order will be delivered. Proceed with caution before ordering.

I was Lucky I sent this Garbage back to them
It took 3 months for my package to come just for the product to run EXTREMELY small and the product to be damaged!!!! On top of I was a size 14 but the wrongly sent dresses to me were at most size 10 The material was flimsy and looked like it was made by an amateur knitting class. We had a good laugh it was so hideous but I stopped laughing when they refuse to back their product I was trying to send the PRODUCT back I went on social media and got this COMPANY HELP ᴱⁱᵍʰᵗ ᶠᵒᵘʳ ᶠⁱᵛᵉ ᶠⁱᵛᵉ2???????????? seven2four five I REACH OUT THE COMPANY AND THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND NICE THEY PROVIDE ME THE RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS AND MY MONEY WAS DEPOSITED IN MY ACCOUNT IN TIME THAN FINALLY, I SENT BACK THIS CHEAP, GARBAGE, HORRIBLE DRESS TO THE COMPANY DO NOT BUY HERE= Sent the wrong size of a product and… Horrible!!! Never again! And don't order!
